Remember when you first saw "The Ring" (the American version) and you were thinking; "Eh, just another trite horror movie with a weakly thought out paranormal plot.", and then that video came on and you were like; "What is THIS? Who made it and what were they thinking and this is the creepiest I've felt in a long time."
It was like someone got a camera into a mental patient's head, but also one in your own in your very worst moments, and it was scary to think that all of mankind gets these weird and spooky images in their head and not just you.
It made you feel like there was more to just what you can see and touch, and that a dark underlying world was connecting everyone.
Or maybe that was just me...
